What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Is the villa suitable for young children or infants?
Yes, the villa is family-friendly. The room with two single beds is ideal for children. Please inform us if you need a crib or high chair.
Is there daily housekeeping?
Yes, your stay includes daily housekeeping services to ensure your comfort. Fresh towels are provided regularly.
How does the security deposit work?
A refundable security deposit is required before arrival. It will be fully refunded within 7 days of your departure, pending a damage inspection.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before your arrival date. Please see our full Rental Agreement for more details.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire villa and garden area.
Do you provide airport transfers?
We do not provide transfers directly, but our concierge can happily arrange a reliable and comfortable private transfer service for you.
Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking?
Absolutely. The modern kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary cookware, utensils, and tableware.
